The room at Les Chenes Rouges was absolutely amazing. I loved the private entrance and the view of the garden from my suite. The fully equipped private bathroom with a shower was also a great convenience. It made me feel like I had my own little oasis during my stay.
Personally, I didn't really fancy the fact that the bathroom had separated toilets. But hey, that's just my preference and other guests might still appreciate it.

The room at Les Chenes Rouges was cozy and charming, with a private entrance that made us feel like we had our own little hideaway. The fully equipped private bathroom with a shower was a definite highlight. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We loved the fact that the bathroom had separated toilets, giving us that extra bit of privacy and convenience. As a group of friends, we really appreciated that the room had a private bathroom equipped for guests with reduced mobility. It showed that the hotel was thoughtful and inclusive.
Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the garden view from our suite. But hey, I know some people love being surrounded by nature, so it's just my preference!

We got excellent value for our money at Les Chenes Rouges. The room was top-notch, clean, and spacious. The location was perfect, close to beautiful historic sites and the Dordogne river. The staff treated us like friends, providing a warm welcome, delicious homemade meals, and even sandwiches for our early morning departure.
More variety in breakfast items would have made it even better.

Each morning, I was treated to a delicious breakfast with a variety of homemade cakes. The attention to detail throughout the property was impeccable. I also appreciated the convenient location, which allowed me to easily explore nearby attractions. My ground floor room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was particularly impressive, with a spacious walk-in shower that was safe for someone with mobility issues like myself. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and even helped me book a restaurant reservation. I can't recommend this bed and breakfast enough. It exceeded all my expectations, and I look forward to returning in the future.
